Activity: Do something good for your body! Choose one of the following:

  • Do a workout together AND/OR

  • Make a healthy snack.

Supplies: All depends on which activity you do.


If you decide to move your body together, you could take a walk or go for a run, play basketball, or even do a SoulCore together (it combines stretching and light exercise with Catholic prayer)!

If you decide to make a healthy snack, I love these protein bites as they are a great source of protein and healthy fat and taste delicious too! You could also make a fruit and/or veggie platter.
